My lab had his glands rupture TWICE in 6 months. It was horrible and so expensive. My vet said we might have to do surgery to remove them completely because nothing else was working. I found these and thought there's no way but what do I have to lose at this point. It took longer than I hoped - maybe 5 or 6 weeks? - but he stopped scooting. It's been 3 months now and his glands are staying empty on their own. My vet was actually surprised when he checked them at his last appointment. I really thought surgery was inevitable but I guess not.

Full disclosure - I thought these would be a waste of money. I don't usually trust supplements and figured this was just another gimmick. My wife ordered them anyway and I rolled my eyes SO hard lol. But our corgi who scooted constantly just... doesn't anymore. Took maybe a month but it actually worked. I feel like an idiot for being so skeptical now. My dog's scooting did stop eventually so the product works. It just took about 6 weeks instead of the 2-3 weeks I was expecting based on other reviews. Maybe my dog's case was worse or maybe every dog is different. The chews are easy to give and he eats them fine. I'm giving 3 stars just because I had to wait longer than I hoped but I am seeing results now at week 8. If you try these just know it might take a bit longer for some dogs.

These definitely work - my dog stopped scooting after about a month and hasn't had issues since. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the price. At $39 a bottle it adds up when you have to give them daily forever. Still cheaper than monthly vet visits though so I'll keep buying them. Just wish there was a bigger bottle option or better discount for long-term customers.

My boxer is allergic to SO many things - chicken, grains, you name it. I'm always paranoid about trying new things because we've had reactions before (itching, hot spots, digestive issues). These have been totally fine though. No reactions at all and the scooting stopped after about a month. If your dog has allergies definitely check the ingredients but for us it's been safe.
